This award is given to one person each year who exemplifies the commitment to community service and "can-do" spirit of Giants Community Fund Board Member, Isabelle Lemon. Jennifer was nominated by the CEO of Youth and Family Enrichment Services, and was honored on September 23, 2008 at the AT&T stadium in San Francisco.
