Lynn Henley, CPA

Lynn is a partner in the San Francisco office of Hood & Strong LLP.  During her twelve years of experience in public accounting, Lynn has provided consulting and compliance services to a variety of tax-exempt organizations, including public charities, private foundations, supporting organizations, social welfare organizations, labor unions, social clubs and business leagues.  Lynn also has extensive experience in the areas of individual taxation, estate planning, retirement plan distribution strategies, planned giving and partnership/S corporation taxation.
