Marcus Sharei directs Hood & Strong’s international tax practice, ranging from complex corporate compliance and transfer pricing documentation for intercompany transactions to detailed international tax planning.  He assists clients in US companies expanding offshore and foreign companies wishing to establish US-based subsidiaries, as well as assisting companies with attaining US export tax subsidies.  His industry expertise includes high-tech, manufacturing, distribution, and entertainment. With more than 15 years of combined public accounting and industry experience, Marcus can assist companies in identifying and implementing methods to minimize the tax impact of their overseas operations as they expand into new foreign markets. He also works with many export companies, helping them attain special U.S. income tax subsidies on export goods.
