Raul supervises financial audits, accounting and business advisory services for companies of all sizes, with particular expertise in technology, biotech and life sciences, as well as employee benefit plans. With more than four decades of public accounting experience, Raul helps companies identify and implement the proper accounting policies to address and manage complex transactions, including  purchases and acquisitions. Raul is a licensed CPA in California, Nevada, and Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Board for the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce. He holds a B.A. from San Francisco State University.
